Obama- Live Acrylic

This is the Obama acrylic after one day. The live painting was lots of fun, the building was busy tonight with two shows on, and lots of brand new caricature fans enjoying the work on display. It was fun answering questions and sharing a bit of my process with people. I had so much fun with this, I might just carry on with a new painting afterwards. I should finish the Obama tomorrow.

Thanks guys. I've progressed with it at the exhibition, it's almost finished. Having a day off today so I'll post the finished piece next week.

It was really nice meeting you and talking art at your exhibition yesterday Paul. That and seeing this Obama painting with all your other works up close was the highlight of our weekend - the images on your site don't prepare you for how great your paintings look up close!

We hope the rest of the exhibition goes well, and we look forward to the next one.

(p.s: the address for Google Reader is http://reader.google.com - i'm sure you'll pick it up really quickly once you get the time to look at it!)
