Radio Times Spread- Christmas Edition
This was possibly the hardest I've ever had to work on an illustration, but I learnt a lot through the process. From first contact to finished piece was over a week, but by the time sketching and composition decisions were approved, I had roughly 4 and a half days to render, and I needed nearly every minute of that time to finish. Towards the end there was very little, in fact none, time for thinking, and it was purely a case of stamina and endurance that got me through it. There are many things I would like to fix if I could go back and have an extra half a day added to the deadline, such as repainting Andrew Lloyd Webber, but as that's impossible I have to accept it for what it is. I'm happy with the end result, and I'm honoured to have been asked to do it in the first place.
